At WALSH Trust we realise that life can sometimes be really challenging. There may be monetary problems, relationships, physical and mental health or trauma that may have happened many years ago. All of this can be very overwhelming, and it can be hard to even have the energy to get help.

- Winston Churchill apparently coined the phrase “Black Dog’ to describe depression, a malady that inflicts most of us at least some of the time. And maybe more so during a pandemic and other global crises. The Black Dog institute in Australia has some excellent resources and advice available including the apps listed below.
