We offer the following services to people who experience mental ill health:
Welcome to independent ENDEAVOURS - Personal Development Services
This service offers workshops and individualised support for people who want to enhance their life skills and develop confidence in their ability to cope and participate in the community or the workplace.
We provide support to people who wish to increase their self awareness, increase their understanding and gain greater self-reliance to lead a more independent lifestyle.
The opportunities we offer are:

Coping with stress and anxiety

Communication skills/social skills

Management of anger and other uncomfortable emotions

Motivation and goal setting
-
Self-esteem and confidence
-
Coping with change
We are also open to providing support on other topics that are relevant to managing mental health issues. We offer facilitated community participation as well as group workshops; depending on client preference.

This service is for adults, aged 16 and over who:

experience a disability that is likely to continue for 6 months or more and presents as a barrier to employment

are keen to explore opportunities to participate more fully in community living and activities, and/or employment

are resident of Waitakere City
