The procedure for a client, family or whanau member, advocate or advocacy group, or staff member to send us a compliment or complaint, is outlined in the WALSHtrust Compliments/Complaints Policy.
The policy explains the manner and necessary steps, and also the responsibilities this entails for all parties.
